In the actual printing, the phenomenon of unscreed printing in the field is often encountered. In the past, the printing pressure and paper problems were first considered. Usually, when the printing pressure cannot be solved, the paper can only be changed, but this not only increases the printing cost, but also delays the production cycle. . In the following two cases, we have solved this problem fundamentally by adjusting the printing process.
Example 1: In the actual production, 30% to 50% of the magenta version and the 100% green version of the blue field are often encountered. Due to the poor quality of the paper, the red net hair is often used, and the paper is changed to a good paper. The problem is solved, and it is clear that paper is the main cause of this failure. But can you solve this problem by adjusting the process? Through analysis, the conventional color sequence of printing is black, cyan, magenta, and yellow. The magenta net is to be overprinted on the cyan field that has just been printed. In order to prevent stripping, the viscosity of the magenta ink is reduced, and the stickiness of the green ink is increased, and the problem remains unresolved. Although the effect of switching to imported ink is better, it is still not ideal. After analysis, since the four-color machine is wet-wet overprinting, when the other color ink is overprinted on the wet ground, the transfer effect is poor, and the ink transfer rate is low. Try to change the printing color sequence of magenta and cyan, first print Red net, this sample red net can be transferred to the paper 100%, the transfer rate is the highest, and more than half of the area of the green version can be directly transferred to the paper, so the printed printed matter is very flat, the problem is The fundamental solution is that even if you change the paper with a lower quality, it can be printed.
Example 2: Once, use 150g/m2 offset paper to print the cover of the book, and the layout has a large area of green version. In the process of finding the rules, the coated paper is used, and the field is very flat. When the 150g/m2 offset paper is used, the flowering phenomenon is serious in the field, and the printing pressure is also invalid. It is obviously due to the rough surface of the offset paper and poor ink affinity. Since the cyan color is in the second group, the paper has poor ink affinity and is not firmly bonded to the ink, and the printed black ink will be peeled off on the latter two sets of blankets. Then, will a single-printed black ink be printed? We pressed the rest of the machine's color group and only printed the cyan color. The printed field was very flat, so we adjusted the printing color sequence and placed the green version in the last group.
Through the elimination of the above two cases, it is found that the printing color sequence has a great influence on the ink transfer, especially the multi-color printing wet and dry overprinting, and it is necessary to flexibly adjust the printing color sequence according to different jobs.
