Problem: On some computers, click on the Feiteng icon and the software will not run.

Solution: Check the computer system, normal; check the dongle interface plugged in the parallel port, normal; unplug the dongle and plug it on another normal computer, run Feiteng, normal, indicating that the encryption is normal. Enter the BIOS menu of the computer, check the type setting of the parallel port, find that the parallel port is set to "ECP mode", and change the parallel port type to "SPP mode". After storing the BIOS, restart the computer system, click the Feiteng icon, and the software runs normally. It is recommended that you do not choose the "ECP" mode.

Problem: Feiteng typesetting is normal, the layout is normal, and the PS file is normal. The first time the output of the laser printer is normal, and the font of the second line of the title is changed to "Founder's thick body". An irregular black background appears on the layout. Even if you save the Feiteng layout and regenerate the PS release file, the final output will still have an irregular black background, and the black background will have the same position on the layout.

Solution: Enter the Feiteng typography interface, select the title text of “Fangzheng Qianqian”, click “Text Attributes” in the Feiteng system menu, and find that the “Automatic matching between Chinese and foreign bodies” option is selected. If this item is not checked, the file will be deleted and the output will be normal.

Problem: When the software is running, the "File contains illegal path" error occurs and cannot be saved.

    Solution: Check if the printer is connected to the dongle, unplug the printer connected to it, and try again. If it doesn't work, you can open a new file and copy the contents of the original file to the new file.

Problem: When using Feiteng software to issue files, the "missing map" message appears.

    Solution: When using Feiteng software to send a row, you must set "Include image data". If it is first printed as a PS file and then issued, you also need to check the path of the original image recorded in the PS file, the path of the PS file, the software-specific routing path, and the additional path. Do not take the image from these corresponding paths. Delete or remove.

Question: Why do you sometimes miss a word when using the Founder font and the software to run "Simplified and Traditional" for Simplified and Traditional Chinese conversion?

    Solution: In the Founder font, Simplified and Traditional Chinese add some characters after the F8 area. These words are not Simplified and Traditional, so there will be missing characters.

Question: In the Simplified Feiteng software, can I use the traditional Chinese typesetting to be correctly identified in the Traditional Feiteng version?

    Solution: No. Because the traditional characters in the simplified version are still GB, and the traditional version can only support BIG5 encoding.

    Question: What is the reason why the file is sometimes slow?

    Solution: There may be several reasons:

   (1) The machine configuration used for the hairline is too low, resulting in a long time for the dispatching. In this case, the high-profile machine should be replaced.

   (2) The picture data contained in the PS file is very large, resulting in slow forwarding speed, which can be set to include no picture data when generating the PS file.

   (3) A large number of downloaded fonts are used in the file distribution, resulting in slow forwarding speed. In the file production, try to use the fonts installed in the RIP, do not use the downloaded fonts, which can improve the speed of the distribution.

   (4) In the design and production, a large number of use of text-curve curves, variant characters, perspective attributes, too many layers and other patterns to increase the aesthetics of the layout, will also increase the time of the release.

   (5) Using files from other computers on the LAN in the file will also cause slow scheduling. Therefore, if conditions are met, try to copy the images you want to use to your local hard disk.
