Cutting production control points
1. The slitting material is consistent with the process sheet.
2. The direction of discharge of the slitted product is consistent with the process sheet.
3. The position of the cutter of the cut product is consistent with the requirements of the process sheet or the sample.
4. The width of the cut product matches the size of the process.
5. The end face of the slitted product is flush, without wrinkles and gluten.
6, printing, composite quality (overprinting, lack of printing, trailing, knife line, ink dirty, bubble (plaque, grain) points, wrinkles, lack of glue lines, dirty) problems are all removed.
7, the cut product is sanitary, no oil, paper scraps, diaphragms, etc.
8. The photoelectric detection object is selected correctly, the photoelectric detection head has high sensitivity and the correcting motor moves fast.
