File format required for digital printing
1. The files required for digital printing must be page files (finished products + bleeding), not individual images, text blocks or version files without white borders.
2, the entire book requirements must be a pdf or ps file, and the page order must be correct, the file must meet the printing process requirements. Even if there are white or white pages, add these blank pages to the file to avoid the single-page “left page” phenomenon.
3, digital printing (including cover or insert) can identify the file format: PDF, PS, Tiff, JPEG, EPS and other documents.

3, the use of Beijing fonts, URW fonts, Pinyin Hei, Fang, Song, Kai and other Chinese fonts, the output will cause crashes and garbled phenomenon, can not output such files, the font must be replaced by the customer, and confirmed It can be printed at the rear.
4, Word, Excel and other office software, fonts are prone to garbled characters and table moves when printing, so customers are required to store in PDF format, and can be printed without any errors.
5. The option of the Founder Book release ps is the same as other output devices. Note that if you have a supplementary word, you must include it.
6. The Tiff/jpeg file format requires a merge layer.
Colour
The principle of digital fast printing is different from that of traditional printing machines, so the color can not be compared, but through professional color correction software, theoretically 95% of the color can be achieved.
1. When the digital machine has a large number of repeated prints, there will be slight deviations in the color before and after printing. This is a shortcoming of digital printers.
2. When the customer file has a large flat net or a large ink bottom, the printing will produce a light bar, which varies depending on the color. Print gradient color, uneven gradient (especially grayscale gradient) This is the inadequacy of digital printers; four-color CMYK, such as direct storage into three-color RGB printing will be partial color, especially neutral gray color.
3, due to changes in printing temperature, humidity, paper and other factors, so the customer will print the manuscript at different time periods, the color will be slightly different. This should be noted if the customer has strict color requirements.
Precautions
1. The back of the digital machine is allowed to have a 2 mm error, so in the production of the document, it is necessary to reserve 3 mm of bleeding like the traditional printing, so that the finished product after cutting will not be white and at the same time, in order not to cut the text. For the beauty of the layout, please pay attention to the layout of the production staff, the text should not be too close to the edge (as far as possible not less than 8 mm).
2, the customer needs to inform the file, what operating system and how many versions of the production software to complete the production. Because, if you use different operating systems or different versions of the software to open the file, it will not open and file errors (such as: Power-Point file is made under XP system, open with Windows2000 system, the image of the oblique angle will Shift).
3. If the customer is using the newer or higher version of the production software to typeset and map, please communicate with us. Because the newer production software is not stable enough, it is easy to issue problems when outputting.
Problems to be aware of when designing
1. Remember that C (blue), M (red), Y (yellow), and K (black) are the basis of color printing, and CMYK mode is the printing mode. Whether you are creating files in photoshop, coloring objects, or inserting images in software such as CORELDRAW, you must choose CMYK mode, which is the root of avoiding printing color problems.
2, the color of the display and the color of the color inkjet printing are unreliable, we must explain this with the customer.
3, keep the resolution of the picture above 300*300, but: the image resolution can not be measured from the resolution alone. If the original picture is clear, even if the resolution is slightly lower, the effect after printing can be. If the original picture is not good, even if it is forcible Turning to a higher resolution (many people do this), the effect is not good after printing.
4. If it is not necessary, do not design large-area solid colors, whether in color pages or in the text.
5. Even if you choose a large-area solid color because of the customer's request, don't fill it in more than two colors.
6, do not fill the black characters into four-color black, color characters should try not to exceed three colors.
7. If it is not intentional, don't let the text or other main content get too close.
8, to develop a habit of using photoshop to process pictures, typesetting with coreldraw or other vector software, especially not to type in photoshop.
9. When the manuscript is finished, turn all the text into a curve, and then save it as a new file. For printing, the original file without the curve is retained, so that it can be modified when needed.
10. If it is the coreldraw software, you can see if there is any text in the menu "Text--Text Statistics". If it is 0, it means that all the curves have been turned. If you want to select text in the menu "Edit - Select All - Text", you must first dismiss the group, otherwise you will not find it. If some texts are always not found, they are generally in the following places: gradient fill, text path, special effects.
