In the printing production process, it is often caused by work stoppage, work or unnecessary waste due to the problem of the printing machine's pulling position, resulting in a lot of losses. What are the common problems?

First, the pull gauge is over

1. The tension spring force is too large. The solution is to reduce the force of the pull spring. The force of the pull spring should be determined by the thickness of the paper used. When printing thin paper, a spring with a smaller force should be used accordingly.

2. The clearance between the pull gauge cover and the pull tab is too large. This clearance should generally be about 0.1 mm. Adjusting the adjustment lever on the tension bar can change this gap.

Second, the paper is not in place

1. The tension spring force is too small. The solution is to increase the force of the tension spring. When printing thick paper, such problems are prone to occur, and at this time, a spring with a larger force should be used accordingly.

2. The gap between the pull gauge cover and the pull tab is too small, and resistance will be generated during the paper pulling process to affect the paper in place. At this time, the adjustment lever on the zipper ball can be adjusted to change the gap so as not to affect the movement of the paper.

3. The pull gauge is too low. When printing thick paper, if the pull bar is too low, the pull ball and the pull bar can not produce enough tension on the paper, and the paper cannot be placed in time. At this point, the drive mechanism of the pull tab should be repaired to the proper position.

Third, the tensile ruler scratches the printed product

This is an inherent failure of the toothed pull tab. When printing on the front side, the trace is not obvious because it is first printed and then printed. When printing on the reverse side of the paper, the pull tab will rub against the graphic part of the paper. If the force is not suitable, the scratch will appear. At this point, you can attach adhesive tape to the pull tab to reduce the marks. But the most thorough way is to switch to a non-toothed pull tab.

For the above problems, there are different solutions due to different work experience. The above methods are for reference only.
