The blocking plate is blocked by the ink or other impurities of the plate roll, and the ink cannot enter the mesh or enter very little, causing this part of the pattern to be printed. To solve this problem, please refer to the following methods.
(1) Use a solvent that is compatible with the printing speed, especially when the temperature is high, and use a slow drying solvent as appropriate.
(2) In the range where the quality of the printed matter is not affected, the distance between the position of the blade and the embossed point is shortened as much as possible.
(3) Check for leaks of dry hot air or use a baffle to prevent hot air from blowing directly onto the board.
(4) Always stir the ink in the ink tray to make the ink flow; add new ink in time to reduce the generation of ink.
(5) If the inner wall of the plate roll is poor in quality, it should be re-plated.
(6) Wipe the plate roller with solvent before starting or just turning on the machine. During the printing, try to avoid long-term shutdown. First clean the plate roller or immerse the plate roller in the ink, but the time should not be too long.
(7) When the ink is precipitated due to temperature difference or the like, the ink is heated to 40 to 50 ° C to dissolve it before use.
(8) When the ink is deteriorated, the solvent is misused, or the dissimilar ink is mixed, the ink cleaning ink tank and the circulation pump are replaced.
(9) Firstly, the blocked plate roller is firstly scrubbed with a solvent. When the effect is not good, use a solvent with a strong solvent to clean it with a brush. When the cleaning is invalid, wipe it with a cloth with decontamination powder, then pour it with hot water. Repeat it several times to remove the block. It is better to use a special cleaning agent tool. If it can't be removed, only re-chrome.
