1. The inkjet printer is sensitive to static electricity, and the ground wire of the equipment should be handled under the guidance of the installer.
2. When operating the control panel or the nozzle, be sure to disconnect the power supply first, and have anti-static measures.
3. The inkjet files in the computer system should be cleaned up at any time to ensure that the hard disk has enough space.
4. When the inkjet software is used, other programs cannot be opened, and two inkjet programs cannot be opened.
5. The file cannot be transferred to the control computer during the inkjet process.
6, the computer system parameter settings can not be changed, especially when reinstalling the system to ensure accurate settings.
7. The data transmission cable in the towline must be regularly checked for wear and tear to ensure no open circuit, short circuit and signal interference.

12. The parameters of the drive have been adjusted at the factory. Users cannot change it without authorization. If the motor fails during use, please observe the motor alarm signal in detail and refer to the manual by the professional.
13, the tension of the timing belt tension should be appropriate, too tight, too loose, can be adjusted with adjustment bolts.
14. Each pipe connection of the ink supply system must be guaranteed to be free of leakage. Check if the ink supply condition of the ink cartridge is normal, ensure that there is no air leakage at the ink supply tube interface of the nozzle, and there is no air bubble in the ink supply tube, otherwise there will be insufficient ink supply.
15. If the ink is found to be slow, the filter must be checked or replaced.
16. The ink should be supplied before the nozzle is powered on, because the ink is the main way to remove the heat from the nozzle.
17. When using the car cover, use a small car cover to prevent the ink from contaminating the nozzle, the connection port, the nozzle color separation plate, etc. Otherwise, it is easy to cause a short circuit accident and damage the nozzle.
