Kaiping Guanxing Cosmetics Packaging Factory was established in 1988 and is located in Kaiping City, Jiangmen City, Guangdong Province. The factory covers an area of nearly 30000 square meters, with a production workshop of approximately 15000 square meters and a dormitory of 3000 square meters.
The factory has 44 injection molding machines that can automatically pick up goods and transfer them to an independent clean operation room for full inspection and packaging. It has the characteristics of short cycle and stable quality. In terms of production capacity, the daily production of makeup inner powder box components can reach 1 million pcs, and bottle cap components have a daily production capacity of 2 million pcs.
In addition, Guanxing Packaging's mold design and manufacturing center has designed and processed thousands of sets of male molds, equipped with three professional mold making processing equipment CNC3, as well as multiple carts, milling, planing, grinding, EDM equipment, which can independently complete the entire line of supporting services from product design to mold design and production, injection molding, printing, spraying, electroplating, and finished product assembly.
The processing workshop of Guanxing Packaging has multiple advanced processing equipment, including fully automatic screen printing machines, hot stamping machines, fully automatic hot stamping machines, 3D printing, self-developed fully automatic ultrasonic machines, fully automatic injection machines, four spraying lines, vacuum electroplating machines, etc. It can achieve printing, hot stamping, 3D printing, laser engraving, heat transfer printing, spraying, vacuum electroplating, rainbow plating and other processes on the surface of packaging components.
It is worth noting that the production capacity of the processing workshop can rival that of the injection molding workshop. Among them, the daily production capacity of silk screen printing is about 300000, hot stamping is about 110000, 3D printing is about 3300, spraying is about 200000, electroplating powder box is about 70000, and lid is about 150000.
In addition, Guanxing Packaging's assembly workshop has 15 flexible assembly lines, 6 self-developed fully automatic powder box assembly lines, and 6 automatic lid assembly paper strips, which can achieve an assembly output capacity of 500000 powder boxes and 300000 lids per day. Guanxing Packaging also has a strong automation equipment design and production team, which can synchronously develop automated assembly at the beginning of project initiation according to customer order requirements, thereby reducing costs and benefiting customers.
