With a total investment of 3.5 million USD, the Shanghai Japanese-owned paper packaging project is speeding up construction. The project, with a total investment of 3.5 million USD, is expected to be fully and officially operational by early 2027.

With a total investment of 3.5 million USD, the new plant is expected to be fully operational at the beginning of next year.
Inside the new facility, there's a bustling scene of renovations and construction.
Workers are busy installing ceilings, setting up air conditioning, painting walls, laying out electrical circuits, and installing fire sprinklers. The internal layout of the plant is mostly complete, with office areas, standardized production workshops, and finished goods warehouses all taking shape. The production base is starting to take form.

This project has an annual output of 131.5 million color boxes and 1.7 million square meters of cartons. It's a high-quality project introduced by Zhangyan Town to revitalize underused land and implement precise investment attraction through the 'bird exchange in a cage' initiative. The total factory area is 9,352 square meters with a total investment of 3.5 million USD, including 2.5 million USD in fixed assets and 1 million USD in supporting working capital.
Since starting interior renovations on site in June this year, the renovation work has been progressing in an orderly way. The plan is to complete the interior construction by mid-September; large printing and production equipment will be installed and tested starting in October, with trial production, aiming for full official production in early 2027.
Once the project reaches full production, the estimated annual sales revenue will be 93 million RMB, annual taxes no less than 7.88 million RMB, and the company will employ around 80 to 100 people. This will effectively drive local employment and inject new foreign capital momentum into Zhangyan's industrial economic growth and fiscal and tax quality improvements.
