Recently, the Shandong Fengyuan Tenaiwang Packaging Project has entered the trial production fast track. Relying on the Tenaiwang brand and resource advantages, and based on Fengyuan's paper, power, and logistics industries, the project aims to accelerate the substitution of wood-based packaging. It is expected to consume 15,000 tons of Fengyuan steam and 30,000 tons of Fengyuan paper products annually, generating an additional revenue of 150 million yuan for the group. The project's estimated total investment is 500 million yuan, and once completed, it will have an annual production capacity of 120 million square meters of heavy-duty corrugated packaging.

Fengyuan Tenaewang Top Equipment Engineer Ma Zhaomin: Currently, we are conducting no-load testing, mainly to check the mechanical performance of the equipment, lubrication and sealing, and the basic logic of the control system. Next will be load testing and process parameter optimization. The biggest challenge is to make this complex system work in harmony, ensuring that every unit and every process can coordinate precisely to achieve the optimal efficiency and stability as designed.
It is reported that the Shandong Fengyuan Tenaiwang packaging project has introduced a 2.5-meter seven-layer heavy-duty cardboard production line, equipped with Qingdao Kaituo cadre equipment, Zhongqing Changtai base paper logistics system, Kunshan Dongfang Tongchuang cardboard logistics system, and deployed Shanghai QiWang TMS smart delivery pooling, dual-knife cardboard order splitting, and RFID base paper online management system. The line can achieve unmanned base paper logistics, automated paper feeding and retracting, dual-knife segmented spiral cutting, etc. The entire production line requires only 8 workers and is currently one of the fastest, highest-capacity, and top-quality seven-layer cardboard lines in China.
