Diversified demand

At the end of each training, we will do a simple investigation. Especially for the peak season and off-season issues, we are mainly concerned. Perhaps we often think that we are willing to think that a certain type of printing company is a low season in a few months, and the business is not very busy. For the training time, most people think that 5 days is more appropriate, and they can complete the training without hesitation. If there are only 3 days, the course schedule is very tight and everyone has to stop non-stop to complete the course. 5 days, if it is captain training, it is already stressful for those busy printing companies, but it should be within acceptable limits.

For the content of training, theoretical teaching is as important as practical operation. Sometimes we may feel that it is more important to do the operation, wrong. For the front-line operators of printing companies, they generally have not experienced systematic theoretical studies. They have the opportunity to study theoretically. They are an inventory and summary of their past practical experience. The sublimation of their skills. Practical operation training is also essential, and many operational skills can only be understood thoroughly through meticulous practice. At the same time, the operators from the printing line generally come with problems, some troubles encountered in practice, and some innovative methods of operation, they all hope to find the answer during the training.

Nowadays, many printing equipment manufacturers have relevant training. Whether they charge or not, their original intention is to train more highly skilled personnel so that their brand equipment can exert the maximum energy and maintain the longest life. . It is important to know that the same equipment is handed over to skilled people and used by people who are technically unfamiliar. The effect is different.
