The China Packaging Federation's Packaging User Experience Center and CNAS Packaging Material Testing Center Open Day event was successfully held
From July 23 to 24, 2026, the "Open Day Event of the China Packaging Federation Packaging User Experience Center and CNAS Packaging Material Testing Center" was successfully held at Chengde Technology Co., Ltd. in Longgang, Zhejiang. The event was hosted by the Packaging User Professional Committee of the China Packaging Federation, Chengde Technology, and New Media Group, bringing together R&D, quality, and packaging leaders from dozens of well-known brands including Guai Bao Pets, Aixike Bio, BRIDGE, Yanjin Shop, Golden Monkey, Powery, Want Want Foods, Master Kong, Bufan Di Fan Meile, and Yiming Foods. Through lab tours, thematic seminars, and factory visits, the event fully showcased Chengde Technology's technical strength and service capabilities.
On-site Visit: Packaging User Experience Center and CNAS Testing Laboratory
On the morning of July 23, the attendees visited the Packaging User Experience Center (Zhejiang) of the China Packaging Federation and the CNAS Packaging Material Testing Center. The Experience Center was officially established at Chengde Technology in December 2025, and it is the first packaging user experience center set up by the China Packaging Federation nationwide, aiming to provide brands with quick-to-implement packaging innovation solutions.
Chengde Technology's CNAS Packaging Materials Testing Center, built on over 20 years of experience in flexible packaging technology, has officially obtained CNAS accreditation. This internationally recognized qualification ensures that test reports are accepted worldwide, providing strong credibility for product exports. The center has more than 80 advanced testing capabilities, meeting comprehensive quality control needs for flexible packaging in food, pharmaceuticals, daily chemicals, pet products, and more. It establishes a complete quality chain from raw material inspection to finished product release. The CNAS Packaging Materials Testing Center spans about 1,000 square meters and covers multiple aspects such as physical performance, chemical properties, barrier performance, and microbiology, with testing capabilities at the industry-leading level.
The attendees not only toured over 50 top international testing devices, including those from Shimadzu, Agilent, and Mocon, but also got hands-on experience with several rapid sample testing projects on site.
A Walk into the Factory: MDO Single-Material Production Base
On the morning of July 24th, the attendees visited Zhejiang Xiangpeng New Materials Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Chengde Technology Co., Ltd. Xiangpeng focuses on the research and application innovation of high-performance packaging materials. Its core product, MDOPE (HMDOPE) eco-friendly recyclable film, is widely used in soft packaging for food, daily chemicals, and pharmaceuticals due to its technical advantages such as lightweight, easy recycling as a single material, excellent printing and heat-sealing performance, and high barrier properties.
As a tech-driven company, Xiangpeng New Materials is equipped with industry-leading multi-layer co-extrusion film production lines and professional R&D labs. We stick to independent innovation and have accumulated several technical patents. In 2022, our company was the first in the industry to introduce Germany's Reifenhäuser MDOPE and online coating production lines for material barriers. Leveraging two core invention patents, we successfully developed the MDOPE and HMDOPE product series on our own, and the related packaging applications have received authoritative certifications like 'China Green Product' and 'Double Easy Certification.' At the same time, we actively participated in drafting two group standards related to single-material products, continuously promoting industry standardization and high-quality development.
The open day event fully showcased the technical strength of the Packaging User Experience Center of the China Packaging Federation and the CNAS Packaging Material Testing Center.
