Ten halls with a record-breaking area of 120,000 square meters! The 2026 All-China Printing Exhibition Dongguan Promotion Event opens, bringing new global printing opportunities
On November 19, 2025, in early winter, Dongguan was warm and welcoming, with the printing industry along the Pearl River Estuary brimming with vitality. The 2026 China International All-Printing Exhibition Promotion Conference (Dongguan Station), jointly organized by the China Printing Technology Association, the China Academy of Printing Science and Technology, and Messe Düsseldorf (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., was successfully held here.

Liu Xiaokai, Chairman of the China Printing Technology Association, attended the meeting and delivered a speech, explaining the industry value and significance of the All-China Printing Exhibition from a strategic perspective. He pointed out that the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee clearly proposed 'building a modern industrial system and promoting the intelligent, green, and integrated upgrading of traditional industries,' which provides direction for the development of the printing industry during the 15th Five-Year Plan period. The 2026 All-China Printing Exhibition coincides with the beginning year of the 15th Five-Year Plan. It is not only an active practice of the entire industry striving, innovating, and advancing, but also a strong measure to strengthen the integration of global resources, industrial circulation, and market linkage. It holds significant importance for expanding industry demand, boosting development confidence, and driving related economic growth.
Speech by Liu Xiaokai, Chairman of the China Printing Technology Association
Liu Xiaokai emphasized that at present, China is at a critical period where strategic opportunities coexist with risks and challenges, and uncertainties are increasing. The printing industry is at the intersection of technological transformation and industrial upgrading, requiring benchmark exhibitions to build consensus and pool resources. As the "Oriental Eye of the World Printing Industry," the China International Printing Exhibition (CIP) has developed over more than twenty years through ten editions, becoming an important window linking the global printing industry and showcasing China's printing capabilities. The 2026 CIP will reach a historic scale, with unprecedented exhibitor participation, a variety of concurrent activities, and a multidimensional promotion matrix. The organizers will spare no effort to ensure all aspects of the exhibition, making CIP a brand event that unifies thought, consolidates consensus, explores new tracks, and gathers new momentum. More importantly, it will empower industry innovation, build a global trade bridge, and inject strong momentum into the future development of the printing industry.
The promotional event was hosted by Guo Chuntao, a member of the Party Committee of the China Academy of Printing Technology and Director of its Industrial Services Center. Local printing association leaders, leading printing companies, printing equipment suppliers, and industry media representatives from the Pearl River Delta region gathered to witness the progress of this global printing event and jointly explore new paths for high-quality industry development.

As the core cluster area of China's printing industry, Guangdong's printing strength is highly remarkable. A responsible official from the Guangdong Printing and Copying Industry Association mentioned in his speech that by 2024, Guangdong has 16,756 printing enterprises, with a total industrial output value exceeding 300 billion yuan, more than 510,000 employees, and foreign processing and trade amounting to 5.442 billion USD. This is a strong testament to the industry's resilient growth amid market challenges and steady progress in transformation and upgrading. He stated that Guangdong printing enterprises will actively leverage the All-in-Print exhibition as an international platform to broaden their horizons, seize opportunities, deepen cooperation, and promote industrial empowerment and practical collaboration.
At the core segment of the promotion conference, Wen Jing, Secretary-General of the China Printing Technology Association, provided a comprehensive update on the preparation progress for the 2026 All-in-Print exhibition, with a series of major upgrades drawing full attention. It was introduced that the 10th All-in-Print exhibition, to be held from October 12 to 16, 2026, at the Shanghai New International Expo Center, will take 'Infinite Smart Printing, Creating the Future' as its theme, achieving a historic scale breakthrough-utilizing 10 indoor exhibition halls with a total area exceeding 120,000 square meters. Among the newly added halls, Hall E3 will be developed as a digital intelligence demonstration hall, integrating digital services such as smart navigation, real-time supply-demand matching, and online-offline interactive displays, showcasing the phased results of the 'Three-Year Action Plan for the Digitalization of the Printing Industry,' and presenting China's 'digital intelligence empowered' printing solutions to the world.
