The 2017 China International Label Technology Printing Exhibition was held in Guangzhou from March 1st to March 3rd. This is one of the professional exhibitions in the domestic label industry. Digital printing is an important development direction

PS Offset Becomes Biggest Competitor
Intermittent PS version web offset printing is the fastest growing printing method in recent years and is the largest competitor to gradually replace letterpress printing. The equipment demonstrated at the exhibition with Wei Gang as the leader led to many visitors. The exhibitors of the intermittent PS rotary presses in this exhibition include Zhejiang Zhongte, Guangzhou Neben, and Tangshan Wanjie. Among them, Tangshan Wanjie has the deepest impression. The equipment is fully equipped and the customers are served in the form of printing co-motivators. Traditional letterpress printing is still the mainstream label printing method in recent years
With the advancement of science and technology, printing quality and performance will be improved, and the function of letterpress printing presses will be more complete. Exhibitors include Dongguan Yuantie, Shenzhen Zhaolong, Guangdong Qianrun, Shenzhen Jianhong, Zhejiang Yongsheng and others. Various exhibitors have carried out many transformations on the basis of traditional functions, making the equipment more functional. For example, Shenzhen Zhaolong's equipment can be decomposed into two devices on one device. Postpress processing towards automation, digitization
Post-press equipment is one of the highlights of this exhibition, among which Zhejiang Liguan's high-speed multi-color hot stamping machine and Shenzhen Botai's high-speed die-cutting machine are the most attractive to visitors. The two devices are almost the same in appearance and function as foreign devices of the same type, and the device has a simple printing function. If it is a monochrome or two-color label, it can be printed and processed once.
Shenzhen Ruibang's post-press processing line is also a point of interest to visitors. Shenzhen Ruibang's traditional products are high-speed die-cutting machines and hot stamping machines. This time, they put three different functional devices in a streamlined manner to process the web material, and almost all of the post-press finishing processes can be realized. The three devices can be operated synchronously, and they can also be run independently, processing their own materials. The Shenzhen Ruibang assembly line is more intuitive than the one-piece processing machine of Shenzhen Botai or Zhejiang Liguan. The adjustment is more convenient and the reject rate is lower. This type of configuration is also common in foreign countries. There are such devices on the European label exhibition, such as screen printers and gilding die-cutting machines, forming a pipeline. When not needed, the two machines operate independently and the overall efficiency is very high.
Automatic ticker tag inspection machine world premiere
Detection equipment is one of the equipments that has attracted the attention of the label industry in recent years. The detection equipment of Lingyunguang Technology Group, the vanguard of domestic testing equipment, is divided into on-line inspection and off-line inspection, which can detect subtle overprint errors and colors. Errors attract people to stop.
Another big news is that Guangzhou General Manager has developed the world's first automated ticker label inspection machine AIM-330 PRS. This test equipment can detect the label defect, eliminate the problematic label during continuous operation without stopping, and subsidize the qualified label on the corresponding position, the speed can reach 30 meters/minute. However, no matter what method is used to detect the traditional detection equipment, the label must be shut down when the label is replaced. Manually removing the label in question and re-applying a qualified label are slow and inefficient. Therefore, the idea of Guangzhou Poly Division is beyond the international level. Although some places are not perfect, this is a bold attempt and an unprecedented attempt. We hope that in the near future, General Electric will be able to bring about better automatic testing equipment after upgrading.
Logistics label is the biggest growth point
With the rise of e-commerce, especially the general trend of the Internet of Things, the logistics label will be the largest growth point in the domestic label printing industry. So far, it has been growing rapidly at an annual growth rate of over 50% for six consecutive years. At the exhibition, Guangzhou Duoweilong and Jiangsu Hongsheng exhibited special equipments with their own characteristics, among which Guangzhou Duoweilong's logistics labels attracted great interest from visitors. This type of tag has two functions: one is a general postal function, which brings back the information received by the customer and the other is an advertising function. The logistics company cooperates with the advertising company and prints the advertisement directly on the second link of the logistics tag. At the same time, it stayed on the customer's product packaging and played an advocacy role.
The special equipment for logistics labels is a linkage device for printing and processing integration. According to different process routes, there are different configurations. The material is input from one end of the machine through multi-color printing, coating adhesives, compounding, printing, die-cutting and pressing. Cut into small rolls, the entire process is completed at one time, and the efficiency is very high.
The logistics label still has a huge market in the future, but the competition among suppliers is becoming more and more intense.
