On the first day of the exhibition, ShengdTech had a standout moment with a grand ceremony marking the strategic partnership with Ricoh China. Top leaders from both sides were present, along with numerous industry guests and media, coming together to witness this milestone in industry collaboration. Mr. Daiichi Iwashita, General Manager of the Industrial Printing Division and Business Planning Department of Ricoh Group, presented a plaque to Mr. Wang Gang, General Manager of Beijing Shengd Jingyue Technology Co., Ltd.

The printhead is the core engine of inkjet printing equipment, directly determining printing quality, operating speed, and long-term stability. It features a custom Ricoh China piezoelectric printhead with significantly improved droplet size and firing frequency. Using a single-head high-speed output prevents white line stitching and alignment errors. The machine speed can reach 180–200 meters per minute, with a servo system reinforcing the main shaft for stable operation. Thanks to Shengde Technology's ±0.1mm digital dynamic positioning and digital trimming technology, it tackles the challenge of printing tiny 7mm×7mm QR codes on cigarette packs. It also supports full-variable data inspection, continuous paper feeding, adapts to various specialty papers from 80–500g/m², and can implement "one book, one code" anti-counterfeiting traceability for publications.
