The Printing and Packaging Complete Equipment Industrial Cluster in Pingyang County made the list, successfully joining the 'national team,' becoming the only listed cluster in Wenzhou from this batch, and the first national-level specialized industrial cluster in Pingyang.

They are centered around SMEs, with leading industries that are focused, prominently advantageous and distinctive, resource elements that are well integrated, efficient collaboration networks, and comprehensive governance and services, giving them strong core competitiveness. The national recognition of specialized SME industrial clusters evaluates multiple aspects, including leading industries, innovation capability, digital upgrading, green transformation, and open cooperation. The selection criteria are strict, making them highly competitive.

It is reported that Pingyang County's printing and packaging complete equipment industry cluster has developed into one of the three major printing and packaging equipment manufacturing bases in the country, and it is also the largest and most complete industrial cluster in East China. The printing and packaging cluster in Pingyang County is led by leading enterprises in niche markets such as Weigang, Jinbao, and Xindebao, driving 196 small and medium-sized enterprises to form a complete "R&D-Manufacturing-Service" full-chain niche market. The cluster's main products cover key equipment for the entire printing and packaging process, including gravure printing machines, flexographic printing machines, die-cutting machines, gluing machines, and inspection equipment.
