On August 21st, Origen Technology Co., Ltd. and Suzhou Slack Precision Equipment Co., Ltd. officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement. The two established manufacturing enterprises in the A-share market will anchor multiple core areas such as aluminum cup product research and development, upgrading and transformation of old two-piece can production lines, and domestic replacement of spare parts. The estimated amount involved in this cooperation is 500 million yuan, and the smooth progress of future cooperation will have a positive impact on the future business layout and operating results of both parties.

As a large domestic comprehensive packaging solution enterprise, Origen is continuously expanding its market share through global mergers and acquisitions and self built production capacity. Its business has covered the Asia Pacific and European markets, and plans to extend to emerging markets such as the Middle East and Southeast Asia. Regarding equipment upgrade and renovation, Origen plans to complete the upgrade and renovation of the old two-piece tank production line within 3 years. At the same time, both parties will cooperate to promote the localization and substitution of specialized spare parts for two-piece canning.
