Chenming Paper Shouguang Base Resumes Full Industry Chain Collaboration, With The Resumption Of Chemical Pulp, Double Adhesive Paper, And Electrostatic Paper Production

Chenming Group announced on September 7th that recently, Shouguang Chenming has accelerated the resumption of work and production. After the smooth start of the sixth factory, Meilun Chemical Pulp Factory, as well as the paper production lines of the fifth and ninth factories, have been successfully put into operation, achieving the coordinated resumption of the entire industry chain from upstream chemical pulp to downstream paper products.
Faced with the task of resuming work and production, Shouguang Chenming coordinated the key links of raw material supply, equipment debugging, safety and environmental protection, and formulated a "one factory, one policy" resumption plan to ensure the orderly start of each production line.
As the source of the industrial chain, Meilun Chemical Pulp Factory started heating up the cooking tower on August 30th. Through core processes such as raw material pre steaming treatment, chemical cooking, screening and washing, bleaching, etc., the pulp line was fully connected on September 3rd, and qualified chemical pulp was successfully produced on September 4th. The upstream raw material supply capacity was fully restored.

Downstream paper factories responded quickly, with Factory 9 launching an electrostatic paper production line on September 5th and Factory 5 launching a double adhesive paper production line on September 6th, forming a seamless production pattern of "pulp and paper".
At present, the overall progress of resuming work and production in Shouguang Chenming has reached 70%, with stable operation of all production lines and efficient promotion of capacity release. The remaining production lines will strictly follow the principle of "safety first, efficiency oriented, and highlighting benefits" and complete the start-up operation before September 10th.
