Hardware construction
Our production center has been in operation for over ten years and has been using HP Indigo digital printing machines for a long time. The printing quality of HP Indigo equipment is well-known in the industry. In 2019, Yingyige purchased an additional HP Indigo 12000HD digital printing machine suitable for image business output, which is currently mainly used for printing covers. In terms of efficiency, the device can print 3500 sheets of B2 format products per hour. In terms of printing quality, its printing effect can be comparable to traditional printing, and the accuracy has reached 7-color high-definition professional image quality, which can fully meet customers' requirements for quality. In addition, in terms of paper applicability, special paper weighing 70-400g/㎡ can be stably printed using the HP Indigo 12000HD digital printing machine.
In order to provide customers with better service and further improve product quality, during the May printing exhibition this year, Yinyi Pavilion made a big investment to introduce the Fangzheng Jieying high-definition color inkjet rotary printing machine P5600CHD. This device is capable of printing on copperplate paper, comparable to the printing quality of traditional offset printing. At present, the Printing Art Pavilion has used this equipment to achieve printing tasks for publishing houses' books, brochures, and other printed materials, and has received unanimous praise from customers.
At present, the company has 6 Fangzheng inkjet rotary printing production lines and 1 Yijiayi inkjet printing production line. The resolution of all 7 inkjet printing production lines has been upgraded to 1200dpi, which can meet the printing quality requirements of publishers and high-quality books. Now we can reach a daily production capacity of 60000 books.
02Software development
In addition to actively introducing hardware equipment, Yingyi Pavilion has also carried out related work in software. At present, the integration of data flow in intelligent production workshops has been achieved, realizing the data and information exchange between files, materials, production control, and equipment, automatically completing file standardization, automatic pre inspection, automatic layout, automatic distribution, and automatic execution. The entire process is visible and controllable, with orderly storage of documents and materials, greatly improving production efficiency.
(1) On demand printing production file transmission process
After the file layout is completed, the cover and content will be distributed to different devices. The cover will be sent to the HP Indigo 12000HD digital printing machine for printing, while the content will be sent to the Fangzheng inkjet rotary digital printing machine. All printed documents have added barcodes, and subsequent binding will be completed through barcode matching. This process not only reduces the error rate, but also improves production efficiency.
(2) On demand printing production data transmission process
Regarding the electronic reporting process, unlike traditional printing, digital printing has a simpler process and does not require tedious steps such as plate printing and folding in traditional printing. It only needs to go through printing, binding, laminating and other steps to achieve real-time reporting, which can grasp the work progress of each step in the first time and achieve rapid circulation of live parts. This system can automatically complete rapid production scheduling without extensive manual intervention, especially suitable for scenarios with a large variety, small quantity, and tight scheduling.
Building an ecological chain and integrating industry resources
In order to achieve one-stop on-demand production services, Yinyige utilizes cloud networks to connect digital factories, software plugins, clients, and websites, connecting the data flow between intelligent production system software, realizing the exchange of data and information between files, materials, production control, and equipment. Customers can place orders automatically through Yinyige's cloud based automatic ordering system, generate work orders after payment is successful, and the factory directly produces. After production is completed, it will be automatically transferred to the logistics system for shipment, building a mature and efficient one-stop one-stop dropshipping service system to solve the complete process problems of product production and delivery for customers.

Document control center
The customer sends the file offline, and after we confirm it through sampling, the file will be stored in the factory's document control center. After the customer pushes the order to the ordering system, the system will automatically convert it into a production order. Subsequently, the ERP system will generate the order and automatically associate it with the SKU code to retrieve the file (or folder) for production. Finally, it will be transferred to the logistics system to complete the shipment.

At present, we have a logistics center of nearly 10000 square meters, integrating printing and shipping, including traditional printing shipping services. The design of storage location numbers in logistics centers and the management of storage areas in warehouses are based on the standard warehouse construction of large warehousing and logistics centers.

The entire process of warehousing and shipping covers the stages of issuing orders, inspecting goods, testing goods, weighing, and shipping, forming a complete operational loop. At present, the shipping team consists of about 20 people, responsible for the entire process operation, thus achieving integrated services from printing to shipping.

The large number of express delivery orders and the C-end of e-commerce have a very high proportion of express recalls, and customer documents cannot be circulated in real time. We follow the principle of physical inventory management and set up an intelligent return and warehousing process to ensure inventory accuracy.

The backend system can export intelligent management analysis reports, which can analyze information such as the frequency of goods leaving the warehouse and the number of times they are picked. It can adjust the goods' location reasonably, optimize the picking path, and improve picking efficiency. At the same time, it can also analyze the proportion of selected products in the hot selling list, estimate the number and proportion of hot selling orders, and facilitate the adjustment of business proportion and marketing direction in the future.
