500 Million! Let's Take A Look At The Strong Capabilities Of Jingde's Green Manufacturing Enterprise.

Recently, the annual production project of 500 million biodegradable eco-friendly paper containers, located in the Jingde Economic Development Zone, officially commenced production. The project centers on technological innovation and is guided by green development, providing strong support for the upgrading of the county's eco-friendly packaging industry.

Walking into the Huangjiayuan Electronic Information Industrial Park in Jingde Economic Development Zone, the production workshop of Xuancheng Zhengliang Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. is bustling with activity. More than a dozen production lines for biodegradable eco-friendly paper containers are running at high speed. After precise die-cutting, high-temperature and high-pressure forming, sheets of eco-friendly paper are quickly transformed into delicate paper cups and bowls. As the core capacity of the project's first phase, the commissioning of these production lines marks the official implementation and effectiveness of the project, which has a total investment of 105 million yuan and an annual output of 500 million biodegradable eco-friendly paper containers.

The project is being carried out in two phases, with the first phase involving an investment of 40 million yuan. It has currently been completed and officially put into production. The second phase is planned to commence in May 2028, at which time it will form a complete production capacity of 500 million biodegradable and environmentally friendly paper containers per year. Once the project reaches full production, it is expected to achieve an annual output value of 50 million yuan, while providing 80 jobs, thereby achieving both economic and social benefits.
