After processing, replace with a new copper sleeve, clean the hemp roller shaft and the fixed place, adjust the gap after assembly, and eliminate the symptoms during the test run. However, new problems have arisen. The first folding knife emits the noise of the tie-roller. After several adjustments, it still does not work. There was a gap between the original set of shafts, and now the gap has eliminated new problems. If this fault is not solved, first, affect the folding quality; second, the folding knife wears fast; third, it cannot be folded normally. Therefore, it was only necessary to re-inspect each item. As a result, it was found that the shaft connecting the two bearings on the long arm of the first folding knife had a gap and sway in the hole, and a gap of 0.1 mm/m was measured, which is such a small gap causing the knives. , affecting the folding effect. After re-spinning, car alignment, re-installation of the test, the effect is good, the folding is normal, the noise is eliminated, and the size standard is reached.
