1.Directory indexing
When the device does not have the ability to index, there is some trouble with it. At this time, we can use the sort function of Word 2000 to complete the index orchestration (Note: Word 2000 has a professional indexing function, but I personally think that the sorting function is the easiest). The specific operations are as follows:
1 Create a new DOC file in Word and enter the text to be sorted.
2 Drag the mouse to select the text you want to sort;
3 Click the [Table] menu → [Sort] → pop up [Sort Text] dialog box → select <no title line> → main keyword selection <number of paragraphs> → type selection <pinyin, ascending order> → click <OK>, sort The work is completed. If you need to sort the letters in size, you can select Done in the <Options>→<Sort Options> dialog box;
4 Click the [File] menu → mouse click [File] menu → [Save As] → enter the file name, save type is <plain text (ie TXT file)>.
5 Transfer the saved file to the Peking University Founder book typesetting system and add the appropriate BD typesetting language.
2.Chinese Pinyin input
In order to adapt to the computer's need to process Chinese character information, in 1981 China issued the "Chinese Character Coded Character Set and Basic Set for Information Exchange" (GB2312-80). The characters and codes encoded by this standard are called national standard codes, also known as national standard exchange codes.
The BG2312 national standard character set consists of three parts. The first part is 682 letters, Russian, and Chinese Pinyin; the second part is the first-level common Chinese characters, a total of 3755, arranged in Chinese Pinyin; the third part is the second-level common words, a total of 3008, because less commonly used , so arrange by the radicals.
Due to the limitations of the computer keyboard, GB2312-80 put the Latin alphabet, Russian, Japanese fake business card pseudonym, Greek alphabet, Chinese pinyin and various symbols in the first part into a soft keyboard (also called dynamic keyboard), that is, called The soft keyboard is used to input non-Chinese characters, which is cumbersome to switch back and forth in the Founder Book Edition, especially the input of large Chinese Pinyin Chinese characters. Here we can use Word 2000 combined with Microsoft Pinyin Input Method 3.0 to easily complete the input (Note: Word XP or above has its own Microsoft Pinyin 3.0 input method, the installation of the input method is not explained here). The input method is as follows:
1 Create a new DOC file in Word and enter the text that needs to be phonetic;
2 Drag the mouse to select the text that needs to be phonetic;
3 Click the [Format] menu → [Chinese Layout] → [Pinyin Guide] → pop up the [Pinyin Guide] dialog box. In <Basic Text>, the Chinese character you want to pronounce will appear. The Chinese Pinyin of the Chinese character appears in <Pinyin Text>. For the multi-tone word software, it will be intelligently and automatically recognized. If there is an incorrect Chinese phonetic transcription, it can be modified manually. You can also make the desired selections for <Alignment>, <Font>, <Font Size>, etc. → click <OK>, the phonetic work is completed;
4 Click the [File] menu → [Save As] → enter the file name, save the type as <pure file (ie TXT file)>, but if there is a phenomenon that cannot be saved (the version below Word 2000), the second type can be used. The method is saved as follows:
(1) Minimize the Word layout window;
(2) Double-click the left mouse button to open [My Computer] → open one of the hard disk directories → click the right mouse button in the blank space in the directory → [New] → [Text Document] (ie TXT file) → Double click the text icon to open File → minimize the file window;
(3)Call up the Word work window, drag the mouse to select Chinese Pinyin and Chinese characters → mouse click [Edit] → [Copy] → Minimize Word window → call up the newly created text document → mouse click [Edit] → [Paste] → Mouse Click the [File] menu → [Save], the work is completed;
(4)Transfer the saved file to the typesetting system and add the appropriate BD typesetting language.
The above operation can use the keyboard shortcut key combination to improve work efficiency, and will not be described in detail here, and everyone can grasp it in actual operation.
