Poor drying of the printed ink layer is extremely harmful to the quality of the silicone. Factors affecting the drying of the ink layer, in addition to the type of ink, the amount and type of drier in the printing process, and the ambient temperature and humidity between the printing and storage, the structure of the paper itself is also very important. If the coated paper and the offset paper have different structures, the drying condition of the ink layer is also different. Whether it is coated paper or offset paper, when the ink is not completely dried, the effect on the quality of the silicone is unfavorable. The high boiling point solvent contained in the ink is very easy to expand and elongate the plastic film, and the expansion and elongation of the plastic film is the most important cause of foaming and delamination of the product after the rubberized product.
Digital proofing, that is, printing a copy on a digital press before mass printing, as a check on the binding order, content, design effects, picture clarity and color. The digital proofing uses toner as the raw material, so the color is more vivid, but the color is unstable. The color of the same document outputted by the same machine in the morning and afternoon may be different. Compared with digital drafting, the printing effect is relatively stable, the fineness and picture clarity are slightly stronger than the digital proofing. However, due to the poor color stability of the digital proofing, the printing color cannot be used when digital proofing is used as the color sample. With the digital draft, the general printing color and digital printing have a color difference of about 10%.
