First of all, the uv printer uses a precision nozzle, which uses solvent-based ink. Everyone knows that solvent inks have dryness and coagulation properties. This feature can cause nozzle clogging and eccentricity, so moisturizing the nozzle is very important. Note that the moisturizing of the nozzle can reduce the clogging probability of the nozzle orifice and ensure the best print quality, so we should pay attention to the following aspects.
1. After switching on and off the machine every day, you should print the nozzle detection strip. Once the nozzle is blocked and the needle is pinched, you must use the equipment cleaning fluid function to clean the nozzle in time.
2. After printing every day, you need to moisturize the nozzle.
3. When the nozzle or machine is not used for a short period of time, clear the ink inside the nozzle, and unscrew the secondary ink bottle of the nozzle to the quick connector of the nozzle ink supply tube. The ink in the ink tube and the nozzle has basically flowed out. Inject a cleaning solution of about 30 ml into the nozzle with a syringe (be careful not to apply a pressure of 50 kPa or more) and clean the nozzle. When the cleaning liquid sprayed from the nozzle has no obvious ink color, stop cleaning, flush all the cleaning liquid, and then seal the entire nozzle with plastic wrap (no bubbles on the nozzle surface).
