Small experience in printing cylinder maintenance:
(1) Before leaving work, the press operator should clean the shoulder rollers (rollers) of the plate cylinder and the blanket cylinder.
(2) When changing the blanket, clean the surface of the blanket cylinder with pure alcohol, gasoline or car wash water, then wipe it with a cloth, and finally add RESOST7-3 anti-rust oil on the surface of the plate cylinder and blanket cylinder with a cotton cloth or a brush. Add two times in a row and leave for 5 minutes to dry.
(3) The lining paper used for the plate cylinder and the blanket cylinder is immersed in the oil and dried and reused, so that the effect is better, or the appropriate thickness can be cut into a suitable size.
The solution to the inaccurate printing in the printing of bills:
When the printed products are mostly 3 to 6 joints, and the quality requirements are high, several sets of printing must be accurate. In the past, the proofs were printed on the machine that started the printing, and the other machines printed according to the same, but the phenomenon of inaccurate printing was often caused, resulting in a large number of products over-stitching. In the work, the author summed up the method of unification of side rules and pre-regulations to solve the problem of inaccurate printing of several sets of printing in the printing of bills, so that over-needle binding no longer occurs, and the quality and output are greatly improved.
Specific methods: 1 unified side gauge: design 3mm H line on the printing plate, the H line on the paper side is 0.5mm thick, so that it is just aligned with the paper edge during printing. 2 Uniform pre-regulation: When printing the same product, the pre-regulation is consistent, and the operator strictly prints according to the same size.
Hard scratched printing plate processing:
When printing large quantities of prints, you need to clean the plates and blankets for every 3000 impressions or paper loads. Sometimes the cloth that cleans the plate is covered with a hard object. If you don't pay attention, the plate will be marked with a line of dirty marks. Re-printing version, lost time, wasted and wasted; using the repairing paste, because the dirty marks are not coated with the photosensitive glue, it can not be repaired.
Treatment: Use a clean cloth to clean the cream, then apply a little moisturizing powder and gently rub a few times on the dirty marks. When the machine is turned on, the plate is first watered and idling a few times, then the ink roller is pressed, and the dirty marks are gone.
It can be seen from this that you should not underestimate the importance of rag cleaning.
