1. Water tank
Reason for the transformation: The water in the water tank will become dirty after a period of time. When the heat is exchanged through the refrigeration unit, impurities will be deposited in the pipeline, so that the amount of water is reduced to provide sufficient dampening solution.
Reconstruction idea: connect one end of a water pipe configured in the water tank to the interface above the water supply motor, and the other end to the water supply hose outside the water tank. By adjusting the water supply by adjusting the switch, the water volume can be supplemented. A part of the water completes the heat exchange for refrigeration purposes.
2. Receiving wind pump
Reasons for the transformation: The wind pump has been used for a long time or suddenly, causing the air volume to become small or even windless.
Transformation ideas: can be temporarily replaced with an anti-aliasing device. The specific method is to remove the air duct of the delivery air pump and the air duct of the anti-agitator, connect the air pump of the delivery pump to the anti-agitator, and open the anti-agitator on the operation screen to make it work, and the wind is collected. The roller has suction and can temporarily replace the delivery air pump.
3. Pull gauge suction
Reason for the transformation: When printing large-format thick paper, the suction of the feeder pump sometimes does not provide enough air volume to make the pull gauge not in place.
Reconstruction ideas: There is an air suction pipe under the pedal at the front gauge, divided into two suction ports, one is a pull gauge suction wheel, and the other is a front gauge suction wheel. Pull out the hose of the front suction air wheel and block the air outlet, the air volume of the pull gauge will increase significantly.
