I. Dew caused by improper pressure adjustment

The lack of pressure of the platen (upper pressure) is mainly reflected in the incomplete printing surface, the margins of the printed pattern are smooth, and the printed pattern has impressed marks on the paperboard. The paperboard can be found by handprinting the exposed areas. There is a bumpy feeling, and once this happens, it means that the platen pressure is insufficient. If the printing units are separated and the printing plate is checked, the amount of ink on the plate is insufficient, which is also the pressure of the printing plate is insufficient, resulting in the phenomenon of printing whitening. In general, the area exposed by printing will be relatively large.
2, the lack of printing pressure dew (pressure of the pressure roller and cylinder pressure): the printing plate has enough ink, no concavity and convexity
