1. The production management system should include the following:

2. Note on the offset printing equipment:


1When the parts to be lubricated are refueled, turn off the power supply, do not raise when starting up, and avoid the machine or personal accident when the oil spout is caught in the machine.

3. Maintenance and maintenance of offset printing equipment, operators and maintenance personnel must do the following:


1 The operator must have a deep understanding of the performance and structural principle of the offset printing equipment, so that it can be adjusted skillfully and correctly to ensure the reasonable operation of the machine. If the offset printing machine is faulty, it should be eliminated in time to avoid sick operation.

2 The environmental sanitation around the equipment of the offset printing workshop should be kept clean and tidy, creating a good working environment and making all employees cultivate a good habit of civilized hygiene.

Checked content:


1 First check the parts that are easy to loose. Because the offset printing machine runs at high speed, the parts that are most likely to loosen and fall off are the adjusting and fixing screws of the gripper and the transfer paper; the adjusting screw of the water roller and the ink roller; the suction of the paper feeder The pin, and the pin on the delivery chain.

2 Check the bearing, the bearing on the machine parts is the most prominent. The parts with severe wear are: roller bearings, gear bearings, balance cam bearings and bearings on both ends of the ink roller. Worn bearings and gears must be replaced in time, otherwise it will cause equipment failure.

3 Check whether the oil passages in the oil pipes, oil eyes and other places are unblocked, and find that the blockage should be eliminated in time.

4 Check the feeder lift iron traction, the transfer paper spring pin, and the oil pump mandrel. These parts are likely to be broken due to the large possibility of breakage.
