working principle
The ink filter is composed of an ink tank, an outer filter screen, an inner filter screen, an inner net sleeve, an ink inlet cover, an ink return tube, an overflow port, an ink tank cover, and the like, and an outer filter screen, an ink inlet cover, and an ink tank cover. The assembly is fastened in one piece. The outer screen is made of a stainless steel plate having a thickness of 0.5 mm, and has a small hole having a diameter of 1 mm every 10 mm on the peripheral surface thereof so that the ink flows out of the small hole. The outer filter can protect the inner filter. When the filter is working, the paste box prevents the inner filter from being sucked by the ink pump in the ink tank. The inner screen is sewn from a 800-mesh nylon screen cloth (or long nylon stockings), and its upper end is bundled with the lower port of the inner net sleeve by a wire buckle. When the filter is working, one end of the right-angled ink returning tube is connected to the ink tank of the printing unit of the gravure printing machine, and the other end is inserted into the inner net sleeve, and the ink is injected from the ink tank of the printing unit through the ink returning tube into the inner net sleeve. Then, it is filtered through the inner filter, then passed through the outer filter, and finally enters the ink tank.
Structural advantages
First, the ink filter is designed with an overflow port. After a long time of work, Tangshan jade prints, if there are many impurities in the ink or the internal filter is not replaced for a long time, the ink filter is clogged, and the reflowed ink can overflow. The mouth flows into the ink tank to avoid the ink flowing to the ground due to the blockage of the ink return passage. Second, the ink filter can replace the inner filter flexo without stopping the machine. When it is determined that the inner filter must be replaced, the ink return pipe is used. Rotate 60° counterclockwise to align the ink outlet with the overflow port. At this time, the inner net sleeve can be taken out together with the inner filter and replaced.
