In traditional printers, the quality of the rollers is critical to the ability to obtain the desired ink color. The color printing equipment is generally equipped with an ink transfer roller, a leveling roller and an inking roller, and the ink roller of the ink transfer roller is greatly affected by the quality of the printing ink. The quality of the rubber roller is mainly manifested in the aspects of elasticity, viscosity, center of gravity and surface finish. The main effect of the ink color is the viscosity. During the printing process, the rubber roller should maintain a certain viscosity to ensure that the ink applied to the printing surface is consistent for each printing cycle. However, in the actual production process, the viscosity of the rubber roller is not stable, due to the increase of paper dust in the ink, and the soap tackifier on the surface of the rubber roller is lost with the increase of temperature and the use time, and the surface of the rubber roller is sticky. Gradually weakened, the ink absorption performance also decreases, which affects the balance of the ink color of the printed product. Effect of temperature on printing ink color
Due to the thixotropic nature of the ink, when the printing environment temperature is high, the ink becomes thinner and the printing ink becomes lighter. Conversely, when the temperature of the printing environment drops, the ink becomes thicker and the ink color of the product prints. In the practice of printing production, we found that in the case of low temperature and slow machine speed, the ink in the ink fountain often appears to be unsmooth and the ink supply is abnormal, which causes the ink color of the printed product to become lighter and lighter, which affects the quality of the printed ink. Stable, this is the main manifestation of poor ink touch denaturation. In this regard, it is necessary to pay attention to frequently mixing the ink in the ink fountain to maintain continuous and uniform fluidity, and to ensure the stability of the ink color quality of the product. Therefore, printing color products should pay attention to selecting high-grade inks, and the thixotropy is relatively stable, which is conducive to improving the quality of printed ink. In order to prevent the viscosity change of the ink from being too strong and affecting the balance of the ink color of the printed product, the production workshop of the printed color product should adopt the constant temperature and humidity process conditions; the speed of the printing machine should not be too fast, and the printing should be performed at a constant speed; The unused rubber roller should be removed as much as possible; the contact pressure between the rubber roller and the ink roller should not be too tight; do not use a rubber roller with a hard texture; the contact between the rubber roller and the water roller should be appropriate to minimize The coefficient of friction during printing minimizes the effect of frictional heat on ink characteristics and reduces the effect of ink thixotropy on printing ink color.
