Why is the nozzle of the machine blocked? When the nozzle of the machine is not inked, the picture content is lacking in color, which is usually called "head nozzle blockage", which is the main factor affecting the picture quality and yield. Of course, the reasons for "blocking" are also various, and there are roughly the following situations:


1. The ink is clogged on the outside after the nozzle has accumulated to a certain extent: it is the most common way of blocking, because the solvent in the ink must be volatilized into the air to make the picture dry, so the ink is a volatile liquid. The air is volatile and clear solids. When the nozzle is sprayed on the cloth, a part of the ink will remain in the surrounding area. This part of the ink will dry in the air and slowly make the nozzle hole smaller or even block the nozzle hole, but it is easy to be outside the nozzle hole. Clean up, which is why we often clean the nozzles.


2, piezoelectric crystal damage: affirmative nozzle can not spray ink, the general piezoelectric nozzle can be used for about a year, in the factory with a lot of inkjet work, it may be less than a year is normal.


3, piezoelectric crystal fatigue damage: the phenomenon is that the nozzle sometimes inkjet, sometimes can not spray ink, especially when the amount of inkjet is large (that is, when the dark screen is sprayed), the phenomenon of "clogging" is obvious, the best way is to replace A new nozzle.


4. The filter inside the nozzle is blocked, so that the nozzle does not emit ink: the nozzle is used for a long time, especially in the factory where the inkjet task is not full and often stops at night, the ink does not flow in the nozzle for a long time, and it is easy to adsorb in the internal filter. On the wall of the net or the ink path, the cross-sectional area of the ink flow is reduced, which also causes the ink to be discharged from the nozzle. Now the special equipment can help you solve the problem of the nozzle.


5, the viscosity of the ink is too high or too low: the viscosity of the ink is too high, the ink flow is poor, the amount of ink ejected by the nozzle per unit time is not enough; the viscosity of the ink is too low, that is too thin, easy to press in the orifice When the transistor is pumped back, the air is sucked up, and the ink is not sucked, so that the air is ejected; both of them cause the nozzle to not emit ink. It is often required that the customer's environment for storing ink is important. It is better to place the ink in an environment where the ink is used for more than 24 hours before use, because the viscosity of the ink will be high at low temperatures, and the viscosity will be high at high temperatures. It becomes very low, and this viscosity is very different. When inks with a large difference in viscosity are mixed and used, it will cause no ink to be sprayed.


6. Failure of the drive circuit: The aging of the electronic components of the drive circuit and the accumulation of too much dry ink dirt may affect the voltage of the drive head, resulting in no ink or unstable ink output.


7. Types of ink: Some manufacturers' inks are improperly controlled due to the amount of desiccant. Drying is too fast, which may cause the ink to clog on the outside. Although it can be cleaned, the cleaning interval is relatively frequent. Once the nozzle is not used for a long time, it is not timely. When the nozzle is protected, it may cause permanent damage to the nozzle when it is sprayed again.


8. Frequent ink replacement: In many cases, there is a possibility that the nozzle will not be protected and the inkjet state of the nozzle will be affected.


9, the machine uses the ambient temperature and humidity: the general recommended temperature is 22 ~ 25 degrees, humidity 40 ~ 70%, the high and low temperature affects the viscosity of the ink, will produce the nozzle lack of ink or paste phenomenon, often mistaken I think "the nozzle is blocked".
