Ink presets are not a “just-in-one” printing tool. Ink preset is to convert the digital image description information of the prepress layout into the ink key information printing alliance by a certain algorithm according to the mathematical simulation method. This requires a process of partitioning ink coverage calculation, ink key value correction, ink fountain roller speed correction, etc., all of which are in the printing market under the control of standard mathematical formulas.
Since the printing press is an analog device, the actual ink demand for printing always changes with the relevant environmental factors, such as raw materials, temperature and humidity, printing machine adjustment and other equipment consumables.
