The quality of the plates produced is related to the various temperatures at the time of manufacture. The temperature includes: 1. the temperature in the operating room; 2. the temperature in the oven; 3. the temperature in the exposure chamber; 4. the temperature of the developer.

     1, operating room temperature

     The temperature in the operating room should generally be maintained at around 25 °C. Winter and summer seasons should pay attention to temperature regulation and control.

     For the F version, the effect of room temperature is not obvious.

     For the D version, in hot weather, if the room temperature is not well controlled, the following problems will occur:

     1 The preparation of the glue is very likely to cause thermal crosslinking, which makes the development difficult or impossible;

     2 A large amount of air bubbles are generated in the glue, causing bubbles or blisters on the surface.

     For the N version, when the room temperature is lower than 2O ° C, the following problems will occur:

     1 Squeegee thickness is uneven and the development is difficult or impossible:

     2 sand holes appear in the layout, causing leakage during the printing process;

     3 The layout is not flat, resulting in inconsistent color of the printed pattern.
