For a long time, there have been two major technical problems in carton packaging printing that have plagued many related manufacturing companies, one is ink migration and the other is yellowing of ink film.

Amway Mall specializes in the sale of printed materials and other items. It has been found that ink migration is caused by the penetration of pigments in the ink or through the film to another substance, and sometimes to the goods in the carton package. The reason is that the carton packaging printing ink and the substrate contain an excessive amount of plasticizer. Excessive additives in the ink system sometimes cause the ink to move in the substrate due to the solvent in the printing ink dissolving a part of the ink, and it is also The stored carton package prints soften the printed ink film printed in the summer due to the temperature rise, which accelerates the migration speed.

Ink migration can sometimes be avoided with more attention, and the problem of yellowing of the ink film is more difficult. Printed graphic ink film In the white ink system, titanium white powder with high coloring power, large hiding power, good whiteness and high light scattering ability is used as the ink coloring agent. However, it is not known that the material has photochemical activity, that is, problems such as loss of light, discoloration, chalking, and peeling occur after printing. Yellowing is one of the most headaches in recent years.

After years of research, although people have found some solutions to the two major problems of ink migration and yellowing of the ink film, the effect is still not so ideal. It is very difficult to avoid it completely.
