Question 01: Is this waterless offset printing technology? Is it alcohol-free dampening technology?
“Tap water offset printing” is not a waterless offset printing technology, but its printing cost is far lower than that of waterless offset printing, and the effect is better than waterless offset printing technology.
It's not a concept with alcohol-free dampening technology, because “tap offset” uses ordinary tap water to complete the printing, and there is no need to add any alcohol-free fountain solution.
Question 02: What are the advantages of “tap offset printing” compared to traditional offset printing?
“Tap Water Offset” uses only tap water (in order to extend the life of the PS plate, it is recommended to add 1% to 2% of alcohol-free fountain solution).
Because the dampening water contains no chemicals such as alcohol or isopropyl alcohol (IPA), the ink will not be destroyed by the dampening water, and the ink and water balance can be quickly achieved during printing to keep the printing hue stable.
Traditional offset printing:
1. The ink is easily destroyed and the degree of damage is difficult to control.
2. The outlets are easy to expand

Tap water offset printing:
1. Simply add tap water to complete printing

Question 03: What ink is used?
Offset inks normally used by customers, ordinary inks and UV inks can be used

The PS version that the customer normally uses.
Question 05: What is the difference between the printing methods?
The method of operation is quite different from traditional offset printing:
1. Hue is easier to control
2. During normal booting, if the machine is stopped for 5 minutes or 3 hours, the hue will not change much.
3. The conductivity, PH quality, and water hardness that need to be paid attention to before do not need to pay attention again.
4. Operation is simpler than traditional offset printing, no need to adjust ink keys frequently
Question 06: Is the dirty version problem serious?
It is not easy to cause dirty version. There are many factors that cause the dirty version, including pressure, plate, developer, baking glue, etc. If you confirm that it is a plate problem, you can clean the PS version first. If not, replace the PS version.
