An electron beam is generated by the imaging cartridge, and the guiding cylinders connected to the imaging cartridge are arranged in an electron beam array and guided onto an insulating surface capable of temporarily absorbing a negative charge. When the drum rotates, an electron latent image is formed on the insulating surface due to the opening and closing of the electron beam. When the drum is rotated to the position of the coupler box, the positively charged coupler particles are adsorbed. The rotation is continued to the transfer roller, and the paper is pressurized by the transfer roller, and the coupler particles are transferred to the paper. The scraper scrapes off the untransformed coupler particles, and the erase roller erases the remaining electrons.
