In order to ensure the quality of printed products, it is one of the important measures to install and use air conditioners in the offset printing shop to adjust the proper workshop temperature. For the air conditioners used in offset printing shops, the selection and maintenance issues are worth noting. To this end, briefly introduce some of the issues and practical understanding related to this for reference.

The main performance index of the air conditioner is the cooling capacity (for the dual-system heating and cooling type and the heating capacity), the size of the air conditioner should be determined according to the size and structure of the workshop according to the needs (that is, how much cooling capacity should be selected) Air conditioner); Secondly, which type of air conditioner is used to suit the conditions of use.

Large and medium-sized centralized air conditioners or segmented air conditioners are large and complex, and can be adjusted in a wide range. They are generally designed by specialized design units, require professional installation and commissioning, and must be managed by specialized personnel. operating. For the small venue, usually only 1-3 workshops (workstations) such as 04, 05, 08 offset presses are installed. Generally, single-type small air conditioners or split-type two-system air conditioners can be used.

The basis for the size of the air conditioner is determined by the amount of cooling required for the adjusted workshop. The required cooling capacity is mainly the size of the cooling loss of the air-conditioned house building, and the quality of the structure and the exposed wall area. Size depends. In summer, due to the high outdoor temperature, especially the external wall (or roof) of the air-conditioned room, the temperature difference between the air-conditioned room (the workshop) reaches about 10 degrees, and the outdoor air heat and solar radiation heat pass through the wall and window. The door is transmitted indoors, offsetting a part of the indoor cooling capacity. The greater the temperature difference between indoor and outdoor, the more heat is transferred, the more cooling it consumes, and vice versa. These factors are one of the basis for estimating the cooling capacity of air-conditioned rooms.

In terms of the amount of heat that can be generated in an air-conditioned room, the workshop and the family room cannot be compared. The calorific value of the living room is mainly human body, lighting or ordinary household appliances. The heat generated in the workshop is various, including human body, electrical equipment, lighting, and heat generated by electric dragging equipment. The body's fever is also related to the state of human activity. People are more likely to emit more work while working in the workshop than when they are resting in the living room. This is also a must to consider when estimating calorific value. Electrical equipment, lighting, motor operation, etc. must be charged according to their input power (the thermal equivalent per kilowatt of electricity is 860 kcal / hour).

Through the above-mentioned qualitative analysis of the cold loss calculation and the calorific value of the air-conditioned room, it can be known that the air-conditioning room of the same area is generally used for the cooling capacity of the air conditioner of the workshop and the air conditioner of the family room. It is worth noting that the cooling capacity of the model marked in the air conditioner manual is a quality index calculated according to a certain national standard. This is only the nominal cooling capacity, and there will be a large deviation in actual use. When purchasing an air conditioner, the nominal cooling capacity can only be used as a reference data. It is best to use a negative selection. For example, if the air conditioner manual indicates that the machine is suitable for a room of 18-20 square meters, then its actual effective space should be Choose around 15 square meters. Use this as a reference to estimate the air conditioners selected for the shop.

The installation position of the air conditioner is also very particular. If it is placed unreasonably, it will affect the air circulation, fail to achieve the normal effect of cooling (heating), or cause uneven temperature. The air supply circulation of the air conditioner is a specific semi-arc. The beginning is roughly equivalent to the appearance of the electric bulb. How to make this semi-arc in the maximum circulation space is the basic requirement for the installation and placement of the air conditioner. For example, in a rectangular air-conditioned room, the air conditioner is preferably installed on a relatively narrow wall, and the center is preferably high and low, so that the air circulation can reach the maximum use value. In addition, the air circulation of the air conditioner also has a certain "dead angle", and the use of the "dead angle" should be reduced as much as possible.

If the offset printing machine used in the workshop has a dusting device, when working, the anti-adhesive dusting powder dust will be distributed in the workshop all the time. The dust emitted will invade the "body" of the air conditioner, and if it accumulates more, if it is not removed in time, it will inevitably have a bad influence on the normal operation of the air conditioner.

The maintenance contents and operation methods of the air conditioner are usually described in the product manual. In use, it is necessary to carefully understand and do a good job. Here are some necessary introductions.

Removing dust and dirt inside and outside the air conditioner is an important part of maintenance. Mainly for the cleaning of the filter, the cleaning of the inner casing and the chassis. The air conditioner's filter is placed under the panel to filter the air, so it is the easiest to accumulate dust. Excessive accumulation of dust on the filter net will impede air circulation, reduce the cooling effect, and increase the power consumption. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to the inspection and cleaning of the filter. The method of cleaning the filter is: take out the filter, first use the vacuum cleaner to remove the dust on the suspended surface, then wash it with a warm soft cloth. If there is oil, put a little detergent in the water and wash it before installing the air conditioner. Used by the device. Filters should avoid acid and alkali cleaning to prevent deformation. In addition, the evaporator, condenser and radiator in the air conditioner are also very easy to accumulate dust. Keeping these parts clean is a necessary condition for safe and efficient operation of the air conditioner. However, it is worth mentioning that the cleaning of the inside of the casing does not have to be carried out frequently. When cleaning, the dust deposits of various parts of the body can be wiped off with a vacuum cleaner and a soft cloth. The detergent can be used, but it is forbidden to wash the whole machine with water to avoid accidents. The heat dissipation of the evaporator and condenser may be skewed or collapsed, and the tweezers may be carefully restored to make them tidy. The dust in the heat sink can be removed by a soft brush and a vacuum cleaner. The entire body and frame must be wiped dry in a ventilated place to remove all moisture and moisture before reinstalling.
