(1) fountain solution

Secondly, it is necessary to analyze the change law of the pH value and conductivity of the dampening solution, and the conductivity has a certain guiding significance. If the conductivity is too high, it indicates that there is more impurities in the water, and the dampening solution should be replaced. In addition, the water tanks, water pipes, etc. should be regularly cleaned to prevent the dampening solution or alcohol actually inhaled during the operation of the dampening system from being inconsistent with the preset settings, and misleading the operator to determine various faults.
(2) Ink roller
First, we must resolutely adjust the pressure between the rollers by the method of measuring the width of the ink bar according to the machine operation manual. If you do not take the ink and water balance seriously, you will not be able to talk about it. Secondly, the surface of the rubber ink roller should be cleaned and maintained frequently. It should not be crystallized and hardened, and should always maintain its good ink transfer and water transfer performance. In particular, the metering water roller and the plate water roller in the alcohol dampening system are more "squeezing", as long as there is a little scratching of the ink stain, etc., the quality of the product will be affected.
(3) Other factors
The correct lining, the ideal printing pressure, high-quality ink and paper, and the stable paper feeding of Feida are all important factors to ensure the balance of ink and water.
