Form printing, mainly printing various bills, form paper. For example: checks, invoices, lottery tickets, lotteries, rail freight orders, airline tickets, billing documents, information recording paper, etc.
A complete form of printed finished product, in addition to the completion of the title table, number and other printing, if there is a carbon-repeated ticket, it is also carbon printed on the back. In the case of a pressure-sensitive carbonless copying ticket, in order to remove the rewriting ability of a certain part, it is necessary to perform the subtractive printing. After printing, the printed sheets need to be punched, twisted (folded), trimmed, folded, rewinded and other post-press processing. In order to meet the special use of various bills and form papers, the quality requirements of form printing are more demanding.
First, the form printing machine
The form printing machine is more complicated than the lithographic, letterpress, gravure and stencil printing machines, as shown in Figure 6-6. It consists of three parts: paper feeding, printing and post-press processing. All the forms of the printing press, the input is the roll paper, the output is generally the finished product that can be inspected for packaging, or the printed printed sheet can be rewinded and left to be printed again.
Second, the form printing process
The form printing machine is a high-speed reel rotary printing machine. If there is a problem in a certain process, it will cause a large amount of waste.
(1) Paper feeding
After the roll paper is installed on the paper feed shaft of the form printing machine, the paper tape is output by rotating the power feed roller, and the paper tape is guided by the tension control system, and is guided by the paper guide roller with constant tension. The device is continuously conveyed to the printing portion in a straight line state.
The paper printed on the form has a wide range of weight, and can be used for 30~200g/m2 web. Commonly used is sheet special paper of 40g/m2, offset paper of 70~80 g/m2 and pressure-sensitive carbonless. carbon.
The pressure-sensitive carbonless copy paper generally consists of an upper layer paper and a lower layer paper. The upper layer paper is coated with a microcapsule containing a coupler on the back side of the base paper. The lower layer is coated with a color developing agent on the front side of the base paper. When used, the microcapsules are destroyed due to the pressure of the pen or the impact of the typewriter, and the colorless coupler flows out, is absorbed by the developer, and simultaneously generates a chemical reaction.
(2) Printing
The printed part of the form press is the core of the form press, taking on the task of printing the title, form, shading and carbon or desensitization. The printing part of the form printing machine is generally composed of lithographic printing, letterpress printing units, and a single lithographic printing method. In order to adapt to high-speed, multi-color, multi-color table printing, the units of this unit can be interchanged, and the units of flat and convex printing units can also be interchanged. If you change the corresponding number axis or number unit, you can print the number.
Carbon-coated printing is to apply the carbon-repellent ink to the back of the printed sheet, omitting the cumbersome process of copying the ordinary paper into the carbon paper, using the hot-melt ink containing paraffin, printed on the paper by heat-resistant rubber printing plate. At room temperature, it is fixed on the paper. The desensitization printing is to print a portion on the printed sheet that does not need to be overwritten or to print a desensitizing ink on the back side of the upper layer of paper, thereby reducing the contact property during rewriting and making it lose the rewriting effect.
(3) Post-press processing and folding, rewinding
The post-press processing part of the form printing machine is composed of a hole punching mechanism, a hole punching mechanism, a vertical dragon, and a cross-dragon mechanism.
The punching mechanism is composed of a hole nail wheel and a hole mold wheel, and the hole nails and hole molds of different shapes are replaced, and the holes of different shapes and diameters can be punched out.
The vertical dragon mechanism is composed of a bottom roller, a roller shaft, a vertical dragon roller, a roller clutch lever and the like. The horizontal dragon mechanism consists of a bottom roller and a dragon roller. Blades are mounted on the vertical dragon roller and the horizontal dragon roller. Adjust the pressure between the blade and the bottom roller to just press the paper properly.
The printed sheet processed by the dragon is conveyed to the spiral origami wheel under the reciprocating swing of the swinging paper feeder, and the folding is completed by the origami wheel, and then output by the conveying belt.
The rewinding part of the form printing machine is composed of a motor, a friction tensioner, a paper feed roller, a paper shaft, a gravity roller and the like. In the process of rewinding the printing paper, the registration frequency of the rule is observed by adjusting the flashing frequency of the lamp to ensure the registration accuracy when printing again.
