1. Before use, please clean the surface anti-corrosion oil and check the layout for any bruises, scratches and other problems.
2, the layout should be treated with special equipment, there is no special situation before the machine, please do not deal with it. If you want to polish the plate roller, it is recommended to use 1000# sandpaper. Do not touch or plan the surface with hard and sharp objects.
3. When using, use a special scraper for the plate roller. It must not be replaced by other metal plates. The blade and the plate should be kept at an appropriate angle and pressure according to the specific printing conditions.
4. After printing, the layout ink should be cleaned immediately to prevent the ink remaining in the net pit from drying up and causing blockage.
5. Do not touch or carry the plate roller with bare hands to prevent oxidation and scratching of the layout; especially in summer, it is necessary to prevent sweat droplets from splashing onto the plate.
6, summer temperature, humidity is high, the preservation plate roller should not be placed in the box. When storing, the surface should be cleaned, coated with anti-corrosive oil (recommended with 7# engine oil), wrapped with clean plastic film, blanket or corrugated paper from inside to outside, placed in a ventilated, dry (temperature 0 ° C ~ 30 ° C, relative humidity < 65%) in the environment, and away from the corrosive substances of acid and alkali.
