Transfer printing is divided into direct transfer and indirect transfer. The direct method is commonly called pad printing. The indirect method can be completed according to the processing method and conditions. Usually, the intermediate has transfer paper. Generally, the transfer paper is cumbersome because it consists of a transfer paper layer, a transfer ink layer, a transfer adhesive, etc., and the processing cost for a small batch of products is high, but some print quality is high. In terms of products and decoration, transfer technology has its unique advantages (such as rapid transfer, accurate overprinting, firmness, low scrap rate, etc.). For some textiles, the simple thermal transfer process can solve the problem of special cost-effective thermal transfer paper due to the small number. Its raw materials: printing A paste (mixed with thickener or PTF in proportion to water), low temperature or room temperature binder, disperse dye (select low sublimation temperature, such as disperse red 3B, disperse yellow 2GG, disperse blue 2BLN, etc.), a small amount of urea or a coloring agent.


Slurry preparation: first 65~85 parts of North Korea A paste and 35~15 parts of binder (mixing 100 parts by weight, then dissolving the disperse dye with a little warm water and pouring it into the slurry of A-help slurry and binder) In the addition ratio (1~4): 100, mix thoroughly and add a small amount of additives (such as fixing crosslinker) according to requirements to enhance the color fastness of the paste.


Printing on transfer paper: use white paper (80g or more) which is smoother and thicker and less permeable, as a plate. Use the screen printing method to print calligraphy and painting on paper. It can also be drawn by hand, and it can be used as a transfer paper. The set of colors should be dried and gradually printed. It should be noted that the printed on the paper is mirrored (reverse), so that the pattern transferred to the fabric is positive.


Thermal transfer: slightly flatten the printing fabric, rotate it on the printing pad with carpet or artificial leather cloth (the piece is glued with the platen), put the printing paper on the printing side down, use electric iron or press The ironing machine is pressed for about 20s, and the temperature depends on the material of the fabric. Generally, it is about 130°C. When the iron is ironed, it should be slowly moved to avoid damaging the fabric. When printing, keep the position of the printing paper, and then remove it after cooling. To transfer paper, usually such transfer paper can be used multiple times in succession.
