3. Unilateral irregular printing on paper


Irregular overprinting on one side means that the longitudinal cross-line operation surface or the side of the transmission surface is not overprinted. Overprinted crosshairs are sometimes in the direction of the standard line, sometimes in the direction of the standard line. There are two common reasons.


(1) Paper skew


Some machine paper machine parts, such as separation heads, paper balls, etc., are worn or poorly adjusted, which often causes the paper to be skewed. When the paper arrives at the front, the speed is different. This kind of paper feeding may cause irregular unilateral overprinting. This situation indicates that parts of the paper machine may have problems at the same time and should be checked one by one.


Solution: Turn on the wind pump to turn the paper feeder to rotate. Start the paper suction from the nozzle and check whether the blower foot and paper feed nozzle are coordinated. If the problem is found, it should be solved in time, and then check whether the elevation of the front paper is normal, whether the pressure of the two paper rollers is the same, and whether the pressing time is the same. Sometimes the shaft of the paper feed roller is worn badly or the paper feed roller is not round and should be replaced. Then check whether the four belts are tightly tied and the cable pulley is flexible. Some operators put paper strips on the paperboard. The bowing or grinding of these paper strips will affect the normal paper feeding and should be replaced. On the new type of separation head, there is a mechanism for adjusting the skew of the paper feed; the old separation head adopts changing the angle of the platen frame, that is, changing the angle of the platen and the paper feed belt to remedy, so that the treatment can generally overcome the skew of the paper feed skew. .


(2) Failure of the same component at the same time


The following is an example of 3 cases: 1 The front gauge is low and the paper is difficult to enter. Some operators will increase the pressure of the flat brush wheel, and even push the tip of the paper ball to the edge of the paper, causing the paper to appear in a position where it is not in place and has gone too far. 2 Swing the gripper is not enough, and the paper is pulled out. Some operators treat it as an inaccurate overprint caused by the paper being out of position on one side, increasing the pressure of the brush wheel or reducing the paper positioning time. 3 The side gauge is lifted too slowly to pull the paper out of the swinging tooth. It is easy to deal with the overprinting caused by the paper being out of position. As a result, the problem was not solved, but the unilateral irregular printing was not allowed.


Solution: If the unilateral irregular printing is not allowed, first of all, ensure that the paper feeding is normal, and the brush wheel pressure, the trailing brush, and the trailing paper ball are processed. Then check whether the paper feeding positioning time meets the requirements. If it does not meet the requirements, it should be adjusted first, and then check the rule parts one by one.
