(1) The disperse dye should use water below 40 ° C when dispersed and dissolved. Since the disperse dye manufacturing process has added a large amount of dispersant, such as excessive temperature dispersing agent, the disperse dye is agglomerated. Dissolving is more difficult. If the filter is not clean, it is easy to produce color points.

(2) Disperse dyes are prone to discoloration in the presence of metal ions. Therefore, it is not advisable to use irons in the preparation of color pastes, and sodium hexametaphosphate softener should be added.

(3) The disperse dye is relatively stable in weak acidity, and the alkaline liquid tends to cause the disperse dye to hydrolyze to affect the color light. Generally, the pH is controlled in the range of 5 to 5.5. If the pH is lower than 8 or higher than 10, the dyeing rate of the polyester is lowered, resulting in staining on the cotton fibers. Lactic acid or tartaric acid may be added to the paste to adjust the pH.

(4) The original paste should use neutral and sodium alginate paste which is stable under weak acidity. In order to improve the squeegee effect of the color paste, the emulsified paste can be added at the same time, but it should not be too much, otherwise the contour of the pattern will be affected.

(5) No urea is added except for pure polyester fabric printing. Otherwise, the stain on the cotton fiber is aggravated. Due to the high temperature treatment, urea melts, volatilizes and decomposes at 130 ° C, and forms a eutectic with the disperse dye, which makes the stain difficult to wash off.
