1. When the wood die-cut plate is not flat, the seam is perpendicular to the table, but it is not necessarily perpendicular to the die-cut. After the die cutting for a period of time, the die-cutting plate is pressed and flattened, and the die-cutting blade originally installed on the curved portion of the die-cutting plate is inclined, resulting in die-cutting and even die-cutting. No matter how it is pressurized or filled, it cannot be solved.


2. The uneven thickness of the die-cut plate will make the die-cut strips become different. When the die-cut thin paper, the high-adhesive strip will touch the paper first, and the paper will move and cause the die-cutting position. The die-cutting is not allowed. Second, the low strip can not effectively eject the paper to the die-cutting blade, and the finished product is scattered.


3. The expansion and contraction of wooden die-cut plates. The quality of the wood is not strictly processed, and there is still expansion and contraction after the die-cutting plate is made, which will make the size of the die-cut product become larger or smaller. In severe cases, the oblique die cutter will be squeezed or a gap will be formed at the interface.


4. The service life of the elastic strip. The effective period of the strip is only about two years. Generally, it is required to be protected from light. The elasticity of the expired strip is deteriorated, the rebound speed is slow, and the high-speed die cutting shortens the service life of the strip.


5. Surface structure of elastic rubber strip The surface of the rubber strip has no adsorption force on the paper. When the paper is cut at high speed, it can be quickly pulled away without being scattered. The surface of the ordinary strip exerts an adsorption force on the paper, and the paper is torn by the caries at the time of high-speed die cutting.


6. The glue used for the adhesive strip is of poor quality, so that the strip is displaced in the die-cutting, so that the die-cutting position occurs, and the die-cutting edge or even the indentation crack occurs.


7. The hardness and height of the elastic strips do not meet the ideal requirements.


8. The height of the indentation line is not reasonable, can not reach the full indentation effect


9. The groove width of the indentation bottom mold is not accurate enough


10. All kinds of unfavorable factors in paper processing will affect the appearance of the finished carton (such as laminating, glazing, raking and various fine processing in die-cutting).
