1. 3. The cleaning agent should not be stored near the printing machine, nor should it be stored near the ultraviolet drying device and the infrared drying device. Keep the cleaning liquid container away from the heat source.
4. When the printer is manually cleaned with a solvent-based cleaning agent, solvent is not allowed to enter the drying unit, and no solvent can be stored in or around the drying unit. Otherwise, there is a danger of explosion as the temperature of the solvent increases.
5. Aromatic hydrocarbon cleaning agents, such as benzene, toluene, esters, ketones, and oxygenated hydrocarbon cleaning agents, such as trioxyethylene, methyl oxygen, etc., are not suitable as cleaning agents for ink rollers.
6. The temperature in summer is high. If the ventilation conditions in the workshop are poor, the solvent and ink cleaning agent in the ink, such as gasoline, which has low ignition point and easy to play, the concentration of the solvent in the air is too large, which may become a fire hazard.
