The screening angle refers to the acute angle between the center line of the dot and the horizontal line. When printing in monochrome, the screen angle of 45 degrees is often used, and the visual effect is best. When multi-color overprinting, moiré is generated due to the regular superposition of dots. The way to avoid the occurrence of moiré is to use the screen angle of the maximum angle for the four-color printing film. In general, the four-color printing mostly places the main color at 45 degrees, and the other colors have a screen angle of 30 degrees:

In the manuscript-based manuscript, the person's observation center is mainly concentrated on the face. It is very sensitive to the difference in face color and level. The magenta should be set as the main color. The screen angle is set to 45 degrees CMYK and then 15,45. 90, 75;

For landscape-based manuscripts, the color is mainly green. The angle of the cyan screen should be set to 45 degrees, which reveals the characteristics of the natural landscape. The screen angles of other colors are arranged as follows: CMYK takes 45. 15, 90, 75. Although setting the screen angle of the primary color helps to express the main features of the original, it is important to use the appropriate color sequence when printing. If the primary color is not printed at a later position, the printed color will cover it. This is due to the opacity of the ink;

Making the film is just the first step of high-quality pad printing and screen printing. We should pay great attention to it. Now the laser photo-distribution process has been popularized in the mainstream printing processes such as offset printing, gravure printing and flexographic printing, and has begun to extend to special. In the printing industry, mastering the traditional printing process will lay the foundation for the adoption of new technologies in the future.
