There are usually two types of screen printing, manual printing and mechanical printing.
Manual printing refers to the movement from the continuous feeding to the delivery, the upper and lower movement of the printing plate, and the scraping and squeegeing are all manual operations.
Mechanical printing means that the printing process is done by mechanical action. It is divided into semi-automatic and fully automatic printing. Semi-automatic means that the substrate is placed and removed by manual operation, and printing is done by mechanical; fully automatic means that the entire printing process is completed by machinery.
There is also a quick and simple curved screen printing method for screen printing, which is to remove the screen layout and directly adhere to the printing surface for printing. Using the live screen printing method, a large number of processed printed products can be printed, such as latex plastic buckets, pure water buckets, washbasins, hot water bottles, cups, bowls, plates and the like. At the same time, this method can be used to print signboards on the car, or to print on the profiled plane.
The production of the live screen version: firstly dry and repair the photographic text version, then remove it and cut it according to the size. At the two ends of the screen, wood chips or aluminum sheets are used as the skeleton to be firmly adhered by adhesive tape, and the adhesive can be directly adhered, so that the desired screen mesh can be produced.
The operation method of the noodle net: according to the substrate, the different printing materials are used for the preparation. First, the flat plate and the plate are used to mix the ink. Then, one person holds the working surface silk screen and holds the printed part tightly on the printing. On the object surface, another person evenly dipped the ink on the mouth surface of the doctor blade on the ink-adjusting plate with a doctor blade, and then uniformly placed the blade on the ink-adjusting plate on the plate to uniformly scrape the ink.
If the area of the printed graphic is too large, the ink may be poured onto the layout as appropriate, but do not let the ink flow out of the substrate. Note that the blended ink should not be too thin, not too dry, and the wet and dry is moderate.
Small area printing and printing can be operated by one person by attaching one end of the mask to the desired position of the substrate machine with the packaging tape, and then pressing the plate with the other hand to stick to the substrate. Printed.
