The first process of printing production: offset printing
The printing of the shading pattern is mainly completed, and the front and back are printed at the same time to ensure that the front and back of the pattern are tightly aligned.
The offset printing pattern of the new version of RMB is a "cross pair", that is, the up, down, left and right need to be aligned, which is difficult and ingenious. Observed through the light, the front and back patterns form a complete denomination amount "100".
The second process of printing production: gravure printing
It mainly completes the printing of the main scene pattern. Touching the RMB, the raised parts such as the portrait on the front, the name of the line, the group flower, and the reverse scenery are printed by this process.
After the first two processes are completed, this is the semi-finished product of the new version of the RMB, and the staff stacks it neatly and prepares to enter the third process.
The third process of printing production: printing code
As the name suggests, it mainly prints RMB numbers. Printing code seems simple, but in fact it is very particular, to strictly follow the "one vote one", prohibiting skipping, skipping code.
In the printing department, for some products with doubtful quality, workers take them out one by one and check them with the naked eye.
The fourth process of printing production: sealing
Workers are dividing large sheets of product into 100 sheets each.
The large banknote cutting and sealing machine cuts large sheets into small sheets.
Finally, the plastic bag is bundled and spot-checked, and this is the final RMB finished product!
