The market for digital printing is getting bigger and bigger. After directly making a plate through a computer, it can directly obtain the desired copy through the output of the printing machine. Compared with the traditional printing and plate making process, it saves a lot of time and manpower. It has gradually become the mainstream of the printing industry. However, among the main processes of digital printing, perfect digital proofing equipment is very important. In the digital printing process, using proofing and copying, you need to control the color through the color management system.

In today's equipment-independent market, scanners, monitors and printers all have their own gamut range and color management set of modes. The color management system between different brands is not the same. The purpose is to reduce the difference. Like the difference in color between devices. Color management systems are now being widely used to enable the output and input devices of many different brand models to achieve color accuracy and consistency. It must be divided into three parts: 1. Device Calibration. 2. Device Characterization. 3. Device color conversion (Device Color-Conversion). In short, color management can not only achieve a perfect copy of the finished product, reduce the time spent on the operating program, but also save a lot of unnecessary cost. The main purpose of color management is to enable color to be accurately converted and rendered, to achieve color gamut correspondence between different imaging devices, and to reduce the visual difference of the same image between different imaging devices.

However, because different imaging devices have different color gamut ranges, printers from different manufacturers also have different color management systems. Although each manufacturer's digital presses have reached the standard specifications at the factory, the same manuscript is printed on three different brands of digital presses and produces three copies of different colors. The reason is that the system of color management is inconsistent. The main reason for the inconsistent color performance between different devices is the result of different color gamuts across media. In addition, the conversion of color signals is a major factor, for example, a set of RGB color signals pass through the scanner, After the display device and the printer are printed, the colors produced in these three stages have different color representations, and the device and the device also have different correspondences. Therefore, the device device needs to perform color correction to have correct color rendering.

The experimental process is to print the ECI2002 color guides after three digital printing machines of different brands are processed by the color of each label. After measuring the instrument, the color gamut range is analyzed, and then ISO ( The reference color gamut of ISO12647-2:2004) is printed again and compared with the ISO-corrected standard, so that three different brands of printing presses print almost the same color, and three digital printing machines The color difference of printed copies is minimized to achieve the goal of color management consistency.

Therefore, the ultimate goal of this research is to transfer the number of digital printing machines of three different brands to the three digital printing machines after ISO calibration, so that the color of the printed products is close to the color value of ISO. .
