Generally, the PS plate regeneration process is as follows: firstly, the used printing plate ink and the photosensitive glue (peeling technology) are removed, and then subjected to electrolytic sanding, anodizing, sealing, etc., and finally the photosensitive liquid is applied to prepare a regenerated PS plate. . Peeling technology is an indispensable technology for the PS version of the recycling process, that is, the ink and the photoresist on the used printing plate are completely stripped from the aluminum plate base to provide a good foundation for the PS plate regeneration.


Plate stripping technology


The plate stripping technology is closely related to the stripping agent used. Currently, the commonly used plate stripper and plate stripping methods are as follows.


1, strong acid stripper


The used printing plate is immersed in a strong acid for 10 to 30 minutes, that is, the ink and the photosensitive glue can be peeled off, and the strong acid is generally concentrated sulfuric acid. Although the strong acid can completely strip the ink and the photosensitive adhesive, the sulfuric acid is highly corrosive, corrodes the operator's skin, and corrodes the equipment and pollutes the environment. The working environment of workers is extremely poor.


2, dry ink release film cleaning agent


The main components of the dry ink stripping cleaning agent are the solvent of the ink and the photosensitive glue, and various chemical additives such as a penetrating agent, an emulsifier, a solubilizing agent and a diluent are added. Wiping the printing plate with a dry ink stripping cleaning agent can peel off the ink and the photosensitive adhesive on the printing plate, but since the solvent used is all organic solvent, it is flammable, pollutes the environment, and can only be peeled off by hand, which is not conducive to mass mechanization. Processing, and the peeling effect is poor, and the cost is high.


3, pure solvent type stripper


The pure solvent type release agent is a mixed solvent, such as methanol, ethanol, propanol or butanol, and acetone, methyl ethyl ketone, ethyl acetate or the like is added to form a mixed solvent. Since such a pure solvent type stripping liquid uses all of an organic solvent, it is not only flammable, but also pollutes the environment due to a large amount of solvent volatilization, and the cost is high.


4, environmentally friendly ink stripper


The main component of the environmentally friendly ink stripper is water, mixed with an organic surfactant, wherein the alkylphenol oxyethylene ether, polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate, etc. account for 1% to 1.5%; inorganic surfactant Sodium tripolyphosphate and sodium silicate account for 1.2% to 1.4%; organic solvents such as ethanol, ethylene glycol and benzyl alcohol account for 10% to 20%; acetic acid, oxalic acid, sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid are 6% to 8%; For water. Since 70%-80% of the environmentally-friendly ink stripping agent is water, only a small amount of solvent and acid are mixed, so it is not easy to volatilize or burn, does not pollute the environment, has little corrosivity, and is beneficial to protect the health of the operator. The environmentally-friendly regenerated PS version ink stripping agent has the characteristics of fast stripping speed, low cost and simple process.

Peeling mechanism of environmentally friendly ink stripper


The environmentally-friendly ink stripping agent mainly utilizes the activity of the surfactant, that is, the hydrophilic group and the hydrophobic group are simultaneously present in the surfactant molecule, and both have an adsorption effect on the interface, reducing the surface tension of the printing plate, by wetting, infiltrating, adsorbing, Dispersion, peeling and the like, the ink is separated from the original adhesion surface, thereby achieving the purpose of peeling. The specific process is that the surfactant first penetrates into the interface of the ink and the plate base, so that the adsorption of the ink and the photosensitive glue and the plate is weakened, and the wetting and solubilization of the solvent causes the ink and the photosensitive glue to be spherically curled. The wiping action is separated from the substrate.


In addition, since the presence of acid has a certain corrosive effect on the ink and the photosensitive layer, the separation of the ink and the photosensitive layer from the plate can be further promoted, and the peeling speed and quality can be improved.


The environmentally-friendly ink stripping agent has strong peeling ability and high peeling speed. It can not only peel off the proofing plate at high speed, but also can process the upper plate. It can be continuously peeled off, and the peeling speed is 300-350 sheets (off PS plate)/hour. Save time and manpower and reduce overall costs. Another advantage of the environmentally friendly PS version of the ink stripper is that it can be filtered and supplemented and recycled, and basically has no waste liquid discharge, which fundamentally solves the pollution problem of the recycled PS plate.


How to use environmentally friendly ink stripper


1, the preparation method


Adding in the mixing tank according to the weight percentage, first adding water, then adding the surfactant to the mixing tank and stirring for 30 minutes, then adding the acid to stir, finally adding the organic solvent and stirring for 1 hour, and mixing uniformly to prepare an environmentally friendly ink stripping agent. .


2, intermittent stripping


After pouring the environmentally-friendly ink stripping agent into the water tank, the old printing plate to be peeled off is placed in the stripping tank, soaked at room temperature for 10 to 20 minutes, and the water is washed and dried to complete the peeling of the ink and the photosensitive adhesive.


3, continuous stripping


The printing plate to be peeled off is placed on the continuous running peeling production line, and the environmentally-friendly ink stripping agent is sprayed onto the plate by a pump, and generally after 2 to 6 minutes of spraying, and then washed with water and dried, the peeling treatment can be completed.
